Barry if the new season started on May 27 as per calendar below:
How did a bunch of free agent players get signed before the start (May 23) of the new season?

There were 8 skaters and 2 goalies signed on May 23, all you have to do is look at the signed players list under Alphasim World. The Timberwolves and killers each signed a goalie, the Timberwolves signed 5 skaters, and the farmers signed 2 while the charlatans signed 1. I would send a photo if I could attach one on here.
